日本和歌山縣南部町為日本產梅子量居冠產地，在日本只要聽到「紀州」就會聯想到梅子。
而紀州種出的南高梅皮薄肉厚又柔軟多汁。
南高梅是在深見梅店自家農場採用自然農法種植，不使用農藥或化肥。
保留傳統方法，南高梅由少數人製造加工，不使用大型機器。
收穫的南高梅在收穫當天用鹽醃製，然後用傳統方法在陽光下曬乾。20多年來，低鹽調味梅干的原始配方一直保持不變。
待醃製的調味液通過連續添加而熟成，不使用化學調味料醃製。
赤梅醬的原料是南高梅乾、紅紫蘇，有機梅醋。首先將南高梅種子從果實中分離出來，仔細過濾後再加入梅醋而成。
梅醬可以讓您享受南高梅本身的美味。 梅醬帶有粘稠的質地，就像液體型酸梅。所以適合作為調味料。梅醬有很強的酸味和鹹味，因此只需在菜餚加少許即可產生濃郁的風味。
可加入火鍋蘸醬、冷豆腐等菜式中。 亦可在米飯中添加少量，即可享受南高梅的濃郁味道。
由於不含添加劑，所以瓶蓋子周圍可能有鹽結晶。
有機栽培した完熟の南高梅は収穫したその日にイオン交換膜を使わず生成した海水塩で塩漬けし、１年以上塩漬けしたら、屋内の専用干場にて三日三晩かけて天日干しをします。
「赤ねり梅」の材料は、梅干し、有機シソと梅酢です。どちらも、やさしい梅屋さんがつくった有機栽培の梅から生まれたもの。種と実に分けて丁寧に裏ごしした梅干しを、梅酢でのばしてつくった「ねり梅」は、熟成した濃厚な梅の味わいと梅酢の豊かな香りが楽しめます。
「赤ねり梅」は梅干しそのもののおいしさが味わえます。少しとろみのある液体状なので、調味料として使いやすいところがうれしいポイントです。酸味も塩気もしっかりとしているので、料理に少し加えるだけで 味に深みが生まれます。
無添加の塩分20％のねり梅、梅肉。
今までなかった液体タイプのかけるタイプの梅干し。瓶に入っているのでご使用前はよく振ってからお使い下さい。
お鍋のつけだれ、冷奴、おひたし、ごはんに少量かけるだけで濃厚な梅干しの味を楽しんでいただけます。
