北海道椴法華產 真昆布沙拉麵
僅選取春季採收的年輕柔嫩的真昆布新芽，水揚後立即煮沸，細切成千絲狀，展平成片狀後乾燥。您可以享受到適度的海濱香氣和昆布的脆感。
使用方法：
剪下所需份量，泡水約5分鐘。泡水後大約膨脹25倍。
可用於沙拉、醋物、生春卷、意大利麵、烏冬、拉麵、味噌湯等。
也可以直接輕輕油炸，撒上起司作為小吃食用。與三杯醋、柑橘醋、沙拉醬、芝麻油和橄欖油搭配風味絕佳。
*原材料所使用的昆布採自蟹和蝦生息的區域。
*開封後請避光避濕，存放於陰涼處或冰箱中。

春にしか採れない若く柔らかい真昆布の新芽だけを水揚げ後ボイルし、 細く千切りに刻んだものをシート状に伸ばして乾燥したものです。 程よい磯の香りと昆布のシャキシャキ感が楽しめます。
使い方:
使う分だけカットして水で5分程度もどします。 水で戻すと約25倍程度に膨らみます。
サラダ、酢の物、 生春巻き、 パスタ、うどん、ラーメン、 味噌汁などにお使いください。
そのまま軽く素揚げしてチーズをのせておつまみとしても美味しく頂けます。
三杯酢、ポン酢、ドレッシング、ごま油、オリーブオイルとの相性も抜群です。
*原材料に使用している昆布は、 かに・えびが生息する地域で採取しています。
*開封後は直射日光湿気を避け冷暗所、又は冷蔵庫で保管してください。
Hokkaido Todohokke Product: True Kelp Salad Noodles
Only the young and tender new shoots of true kelp, harvested in the spring, are boiled right after being brought ashore, finely shredded, then stretched into sheets and dried. You can enjoy a moderate seaside aroma and the crunchy texture of the kelp.
How to Use:
Cut the amount you need and soak it in water for about 5 minutes. It will expand to approximately 25 times its original size when rehydrated.
Use it in salads, vinegared dishes, fresh spring rolls, pasta, udon, ramen, miso soup, etc.
You can also lightly deep-fry it as is, add cheese, and enjoy it as a snack. It pairs exceptionally well with three-vinegar sauce, ponzu sauce, dressings, sesame oil, and olive oil.
*The kelp used in the ingredients is harvested in areas where crabs and shrimps inhabit.
*After opening, store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture.
