We use a variety called 「マイロック」(Mylock) which is delicious even when eaten raw. The aftertaste is )refreshing, and the balance of sweetness and acidity is just right, resulting in a very easy-to-drink juice.
However, since it has a slight thickness, be careful not to over-chill it. We recommend chilling it about an hour before drinking. It's also exceptional when served hot.
