別所蒲鉾店では、「本来蒲鉾を造るのに必要でない食品添加物」や「健康への影響が懸念される食品添加物」は可能な限り使用せずに、昔から食べられてきた食材を基本とし、一つ一つの原材料の加工助剤・キャリーオーバーまで調べ、納得の行く素材・原料だけを選び、素材本来の味を活かした本物の蒲鉾・美味しい蒲鉾を造り、伝えて行かなければと考えています。
又、少しでも多くの国産原料を使用する事で、日本の農業・畜産・漁業を支え、生産者と消費者を結び食料自給率を高めるお役に立てればと考えています。
国産玉ねぎと昆布出汁等のこだわり原料を石臼で練り合わせ、圧搾法抽出の菜種油で肉厚に揚げました。
保存料、着剤(リン酸塩) 、 調味料(アミノ酸等)は使用しておりません。

Bessho Kamaboko strives to minimize the use of "food additives that are not originally necessary for making kamaboko" and "food additives that are concerned about their impact on health." We base our products on traditional ingredients that have been consumed for generations. By thoroughly investigating the processing aids and carryovers of each raw material, we select only those materials and ingredients that we find satisfactory. Our aim is to create authentic and delicious kamaboko that brings out the original flavors of the ingredients.
Additionally, by using as many Japan produced ingredients as possible, we hope to support Japanese agriculture, livestock, and fisheries, strengthen the connection between producers and consumers, and contribute to increasing the country's food self-sufficiency rate.
We combined carefully selected Japan onions and dashi made from kelp using a stone mill, then fried them thickly in rapeseed oil extracted by pressing. We do not use preservatives, emulsifiers (phosphates), or seasonings (such as amino acids).
*Please consume promptly after thawing and opening.
*The black spots in the product are from the fish skin and are not foreign objects.
*The fish used in this product may have consumed shrimp or crab.
*During the manufacturing process of this product, items containing eggs, wheat, and shrimp are also processed.
