This is a "skinless sausage" made by mixing Hokkaido cod and horse mackerel from the San'in region and Kyushu. In mini size, it’s perfect for snacks, bento boxes, or as a side dish. NO MSG/NO GMO/Gluten Free.
Cook in a frying pan or similar until it develops a nice color. Slice it and use it for fried rice, yakisoba, vegetable stir-fries, etc. Cooking instructions: Generally, use it frozen for hot pot or oden.
