別所蒲鉾店位於日本島根縣出雲市, 已經有62年歷史。
別所用日本海域(無毒規格)的新鮮海魚魚肉加上日本產的材料去製造不同的魚肉加工食產品。
別所的產品絕不加防腐劑、味精、人造/化學成份, 保證味道鮮美自然。
使用無磷魚肉、高湯等嚴選食材，用別所獨特的製造方法精心製作。
不含防腐劑、磷酸鹽或化學調味料。

別所蒲鉾店では、「本来蒲鉾を造るのに必要でない食品添加物」や「健康への影響が懸念される食品添加物」は可能な限り使用せずに、昔から食べられてきた食材を基本とし、一つ一つの原材料の加工助剤・キャリーオーバーまで調べ、納得の行く素材・原料だけを選び、素材本来の味を活かした本物の蒲鉾・美味しい蒲鉾を造り、伝えて行かなければと考えています。
又、少しでも多くの国産原料を使用する事で、日本の農業・畜産・漁業を支え、生産者と消費者を結び食料自給率を高めるお役に立てればと考えています。
無リン魚肉すり身を、こだわりのだし類等と練り合わせ、出雲風の肉厚なちくわに焼き上げました。

Bessho Kamaboko strives to minimize the use of "food additives that are not originally necessary for making kamaboko" and "food additives that are concerned about their impact on health." We base our products on traditional ingredients that have been consumed for generations. By thoroughly investigating the processing aids and carryovers of each raw material, we select only those materials and ingredients that we find satisfactory. Our aim is to create authentic and delicious kamaboko that brings out the original flavors of the ingredients.
Additionally, by using as many Japan produced ingredients as possible, we hope to support Japanese agriculture, livestock, and fisheries, strengthen the connection between producers and consumers, and contribute to increasing the country's food self-sufficiency rate.
The phosphate-free fish paste is carefully blended with select broths and other ingredients, then baked into thick, Izumo-style chikuwa.
No preservatives, phosphates, or flavor enhancers used.

*The black spots in the product are from the fish skin and are not foreign objects.
*The fish used in this product may have consumed shrimp or crab.
