充滿脂肪的日本產鯖魚加上青森縣辛口津輕味噌烹調製成。
為了保留鯖魚原有的味道，味噌味道不會過濃而且帶有甜味。
因為在製造過程都使用了優良的食材，所以不會加入味精，防腐劑和人造化學成份。

脂の乗った国産のサバを青森県産の辛口津軽味噌で煮つけました。
サバ本来の美味しさを感じていただくため、味噌の味が濃くなりすぎないように上品な甘さに仕上げました。
